What is HCT Gloucestershire?
Healthy Communities Together (HCT) Gloucestershire is a group of people from across Health, Local Government and the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) who came together around a shared belief in the need for a different way to tackle fairer health. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund in partnership with The King’s Fund, the Stewardship Group worked together for four years and discovered that, to solve complex problems like health inequality, we need a fundamentally different way of working together. We created this site to share what we learnt along the way as a stepping stone for people who recognise these challenges, and are interested in developing better solutions through stronger relationships.
